Pastor Robert Dunbar grew up in church. He has worked in the church from as early as he can remember.
He spent 4 years in Bible College in North Dakota, came back to Colorado Springs and worked in the church. Soon
after their marriage they went to San Diego, California where they planted a Church. In 1989 Pastors Robert and
Carol were needed to move back to Colorado Springs to help in Lighthouse. "It
is my calling to teach and preach about the relationship we can have with the Lord. When it comes to God, we cannot fully
explain Him, but we can increasingly know Him." Pastor Robert loves to teach and preach the Word of God because
he knows that is where the blessing is. The Word of God is a necessity to live the life of Faith. The
preaching of God's Word will set the captives free.
Pastor Robert and Carol were married in 1981.
Carol works with him in the ministries of Lighthouse Temple in all ways that are needed. She works with the "Ablaze"
Youth Choir and every group of children in the church. She is a wonderful helper, and a blessing to Lighthouse Temple.
